Ground source heat pumps are of two main types: closed and open loop systems. Closed loop systems use a fluid that circulates in the ground through a closed pipeline. Open loop systems use natural water sources such as groundwater or surface water. Closed-loop systems absorb heat from the soil through pipes under the ground. The liquid in these pipes is circulated by the heat pump and the heat pump uses energy to increase its heat. During the heating season, this heat is used for heating greenhouses, buildings and other structures. During the cooling season, this process is reversed and the hot air is returned to the pipes in the ground. Open loop systems suck water from natural water sources such as groundwater or surface water and use it for heating or cooling. In these systems, water is sucked in by the heat pump and heated or cooled. The heat pump uses this heat for heating or cooling the home or building. Ground source heat pumps are becoming increasingly popular due to their energy saving, environmental friendliness and low operating costs. This capacity depends on the size of the area that can be heated per unit time. COP (Coefficient of Performance): COP is a parameter that measures the efficiency of the heat pump. Ground source heat pumps provide energy efficiency with high COP values and consume less energy than other heating systems.<\/p><p><strong>Sound level: <\/strong>Heat pumps produce noise when they operate. With the desiccant heat pump, the ambient temperature inside the cabinet is max. 65\u00b0C or the desired lower temperature. Thanks to the fans inside our drying cabinet, the heat from the device is evenly circulated into the drying cabinet and drying takes place. The water in the food products placed in the crates begins to evaporate as the environment warms up. The vaporized water is transported by fans to the heat pump, where it becomes liquid.<\/p><p><strong>How to Moisturize the Product?<\/strong><br>Thanks to the humidity control system in the heat pump, it is discharged as water without losing the heat inside the drying cabinet. In this way, the product drying process is carried out at the desired moisture values. There are 2 dehumidification circuits in our system. 1.system dehumidifies as a closed system. It expels moisture<br>by condensing it (turning it into water). The 2nd system removes moisture as a heat recovery system. If the humidity inside is too high and closed-circuit dehumidification is not sufficient, dehumidification is provided by heat recovery. Keeping the product at the desired humidity is directly proportional to the recipe you enter into the plc control system.<\/p><p><strong>Why Heat Pump Drying<\/strong><br>Among the fruit drying methods, there is also a heat pump fruit drying method, which is both hygienic and cheap, apart from traditional methods. Food dryer heat pump is realized by drying food in hygienic drying crates in a closed environment away from dust, dirt and dirt.<br>&#8211; It is 40% to 80% more economical than fossil fuels.<br>&#8211;
